Hi there, I am looking for a female to rent my brother's room. He will be away for 5-6 weeks, and the room is available. The room is very spacious, and we can allocate the second toilet to make it feel en suite if you'd like. The shower is shared, however. This is more like a very adult setting, and we are not party animals whatsoever. We are keeping it very respectful and clean in the flat. No unadvised guests.
It is available between the 24th of April and the 7th of June. around 6 weeks. amonths rent is 900 pounds, so we would need to calculate how much the room costs according to the length of the stay.
The exact location will be shared once we agree, so you can come and view the property. No deposit is needed; payment is in full in advance. It’s 2 minutes away from Haggerston station.
