A spacious, light‑filled flat by the canal in De Beauvoir Town, now available as my flatmate is relocating after two great years here.

On entry, there’s a wide hallway leading to a spacious bathroom — complete with both bath and shower — plus a dedicated storage room— unusual to find in London flats. The larger‑than‑average open‑plan living and dining space is flooded with natural light, with a modern, mid‑century Scandi feel throughout. The well‑sized kitchen sits just off the living area and includes new integrated appliances and a dishwasher.

The bedroom is a spacious large double with great natural light. It comes fully furnished with a queen‑size bed, a dedicated WFH desk, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and still has plenty of floor space.

One of the flat’s best features is the private balcony, offering open views across the city. It catches the sun beautifully and is perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a summer evening. Being on the 7th floor makes the flat peaceful and private — and explains those views. The building is secure and well managed.

The building sits right next to the Regent’s Canal footpath — walk one way towards Angel, the other towards Victoria Park. The shops, bars and restaurants of De Beauvoir, Islington, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Clerkenwell are all close by, and the City is conveniently reachable.

For transport, the 76 and 141 buses stop directly outside for Waterloo and London Bridge. Haggerston Overground is a 10‑minute walk, and both Angel and Old Street are nearby for Northern line services.
