2 Bedroom converted Victorian townhouse in the beautiful De Beauvoir town is in need of a new tenant (if that tenant comes with a dog then even better!).

I'm Kenton, the existing occupant, 50, but forever young at heart. I love art (which shows as soon as you cross the threshold) and enjoy spending my weekends wandering around London, especially if it's a nice day.

I've lived here for 10 years so the rent is very reasonable for a house of this quality in this area.

Ideal housemate would be sociable and have a keen interest in art and music, and have a dog, though none of the above is essential.

1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and living space. There currently is no TV in any communal space as I'm not a TV watcher, however not opposed to having you install one if you like.

Bus stop right outside to take you to Waterloo, London Bridge, Old Street and Liverpool Street, and just a 10 minute walk to Haggerston station for the overground.

Viewings welcome any evening or weekend. Bills not included in the monthly rental amount of £1300, with mindful use of the heating and lights etc this works out to be around £160pp on top which includes a weekly cleaner!
