Room in lovely flat in De Beauvoir

Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home in a lovely flat spread across two floors of a townhouse in the heart of De Beauvoir Town.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with a big window that gets lots of natural light, on a very quiet residential street. The flat is generally really bright and airy, with plenty of greenery visible from the windows. The kitchen has recently been redone and there’s also a spacious shared bathroom.

The location is great: just a 5-minute walk to Essex Road, around 10 minutes to Haggerston and Dalston Junction stations, and right on the cycle route into the City.

You’d be sharing with two flatmates (one male, one female) in their mid-to-late 30s — an architect and a writer. We’re friendly, easy-going people who enjoy making the flat feel like a home, while also being respectful of each other’s space. The flat is tidy and pretty quiet during the week, but we’re always up for a pint at the pub, a pizza night, or a catch-up in the kitchen.

Bills aren’t included and come to around £200 per month on average (a bit less in summer, a bit more in winter). This includes a regular cleaner.
