Double Room Available in De Beauvoir Town

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our idyllic home in De Beauvoir Town.

We are three professionals (almost) all in our early 30's. Charlotte is a freelance content creator, Jack is a project manager and Polly is an Events Officer.

We are looking for a fellow professional of similar age to join us, preferably male, to keep the house balance (sorry gals!). It's large enough for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and more!

The house itself is spacious, with a big kitchen (two fridges!), a separate living and dining room, and a massive garden with a BBQ and a fire pit, which is amazing in the summer months! The garden needs a bit of love after the harsh winter, which you should see from the pics, but we're workin on it.

The house is in a great location, moments from the picturesque De Beauvoir Square, Haggerston and Shoreditch Parks, a great selection of pubs, and the bustle of Kingsland Road. Haggerston station is a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of bus and cycle links close by.

We all like to have the odd dinner/BBQ together or take a trip to the pub. We're looking for a considerate housemate, who likes to keep a tidy home and join in for the odd drink.
Rent is £806 PCM, bills come to around £100 PCM. Move-in date is any time from the 25th July 2024.
