I'm Jess (36), a Tech professional. I enjoy a mix of quiet time and the occasional shared meal or chat. Into markets, pubs, restaurants, festivals and concerts 🙂

- Bills: £120/month (Council Tax, electricity, gas, fast internet)
- Quick credit & reference check required (£50 fee)
- Small buy-in to shared pot on move-in
