I have a large, light-filled bedroom in my flat available from late August 2026.

It has a lot of storage space, a small built-in desk, two huge windows and you would have your own bathroom (as I have an ensuite in my room). Bedroom is on the top floor of the house so very quiet.

The flat is the top two floors of a four floor Georgian terrace on a quiet street in the heart of De Beauvoir. We are very close to De Beauvoir Arms and the Deli, as well the Essex Rd and Southgate Rd bus lines. Ride into the city in 10-15 mins. An absolute dream location. Easy access to Highbury & Islington.

We have a lovely bright living room and dining space and a large and fully equipped kitchen. Our landlord is responsive when we need anything.

I’m Marissa (Australian), 33yo lawyer. I’m looking for a flatmate in their 30s who is easy to live with, considerate, tidy and sociable/outgoing. Preferably looking for someone who lives a similar lifestyle and works from an office at least a few days per week.

The room is £1750 per month plus bills. Council tax band E. No couples or students, sorry.
