De Beavoir townhouse + massive garden + free now

Hi I'm Theo, I'm a tech founder working in AI. I'm friendly and gregarious, I love living with people and socialising in the evenings. I'm sporty and active.

I'm looking for a sociable flatmate to join me in my gorgeous house in De Beauvoir. I've lived all over London and this is my favourite neighbourhood.

Lower ground to upper ground, enormous private grassy garden with BBQ and firepit, 1 bathroom with bath + 1 extra toilet, utility room with washer dryer, large living room and garden, designer furniture, very high ceilings throughout.

The bedroom itself has a double bed but can fit a king, with integrated wardrobe, huge chest of drawers, massive sash window that gets sun all morning, laptop desk. Mattress is high end memory foam. Ceilings are ridiculously high so it feels superbly spacious.


Large kitchen with gas hobs and oven, air fryer and table that fits 6-8 for dinner parties.
We're just by De Beavouir Gardens, so very quiet. On-street parking available. Effectively zero traffic and the neighbourhood is the nicest I've ever lived in, with easy access to the buzz of Dalston and nearby overground tubes Haggerston and Dalston + Dalston Kingsland. Three great pubs in short walking distance.

I'm sociable and like to talk after work and hit the pub, do activities together and hang out with friends. Often going on weekend adventures.

I co-parent my adorable three year old girl Tabbie who lives with me on alternating evenings, so liking kids is a must.

Rent is all-in. Have a weekly cleaner. Landlord is excellent and fixes any issues immediately. House has good heating and doesn't get very hot in the summer.

Likely in future to move to a bigger similar house in the neighbourhood this year so we can add another likeminded housemate or two.
