Hi I'm Theo, and I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my gorgeous house in De Beauvoir. Lower ground to upper ground, enormous private grassy garden, 1 bathroom with bath + 1 extra toilet, utility room, large living room and garden, nice furniture, high ceilings.

The bedroom itself is a double with integrated storage and a big window.

We're just by De Beavouir Gardens, so very quiet. On-street parking available.

I'm a tech CEO working in AI. Enthusiastic and friendly. Enjoys cooking, wakeboarding, mountain biking, cycling, gaming.

I'm sociable and like to talk, do activities together and hang out with friends. Often going on daytime or weekend adventures.

I co-parent and adorable two year old girl who lives with me on alternating days.

Rent is all-in, amount flexible for the right housemate. Have a weekly cleaner.

Note the bedroom with the crib is being kitted out with furniture just like the main one, ready in a week or so.

Likely to move to a bigger similar house in the neighbourhood this year so we can add another likeminded housemate.
