Our housemate is sadly moving out and we are looking for another girl to fill a double room in our 3 bed house share.

Location

The flat is in N1, a 7 minute walk from Canonbury Overground, 10 mins to Essex Road and Dalston Junction, and 15 mins from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) or Angel (Northern Line).

It's a large basement flat with a private garden, separate kitchen, lounge and huge storage room (great for bikes, suitcases etc). 30 seconds from Sainsbury's, Tesco, a pharmacy, and the post office. It's in between De Beauvoir and Canonbury which offer a lot of cute shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants but also a short walk to Dalston, London Fields, Angel, and Newington Green. Also about a 10/15 minute walk to Regents Canal.

The Room

The room is a double with room for a desk. It includes a bed, wardrobe, and mirror (all other furniture will be taken away unfortunately!) it's north facing but has a large window with wooden shutters.

The Roomies

You'll be sharing with Abi (31, trainee Speech and Language Therapist) and Sorcha (30, finance associate from Nottingham) We both mostly work outside the flat with 1-2 work from home days a week.

We are both pretty busy with work and London life, enjoy having friends over (particularly in our sunny garden during summer), but equally we enjoy chilling out in the living room watching TV in the evenings. While we each have our own lives and friends in London, we are hoping to find somebody who can match our vibe and have some fun times in our girl house.

Bills & Deposit

The bills are not included and monthly we each pay:

£59 for council tax

£20 for water

£10 for wifi

£25 - £70 each per month for gas & electricity (depending on the season)

£26 for a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks

The deposit is £930 and is held in the deposit protection scheme. Our landlord will require references once we confirm the new flatmate.

Move-in date August 18th but we can be flexible on that!
