Looking for someone to move into our beautiful home in De Beauvoir. The house is 4 bed, 2 bathroom and has recently undergone a full renovation so is in great condition. The landlord is very responsive and helpful at getting things fixed quickly.
Location is amazing for anyone working in the City or central, and the area is great for pubs, restaurants and bars. The flatmate moving out has been here over 6 years and is only moving out to move into his own place.
The other flatmates in the house are three professional girls - all very clean and tidy and lovely to share a house with.
Bills usually work out around £150 a month
