We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home in the heart of De Beauvoir, right by the canal.

The room is unfurnished and comes with its own private balcony – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a summer evening. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring your bedroom furniture.

* Surrounded by fantastic pubs, cafés and independent shops, with great transport links nearby.

The house
You’ll be living with two friendly women in their late 20s. It’s a relaxed, respectful home where everyone has their own lives but enjoys a chat in the kitchen from time to time. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and looking for somewhere to call home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Rent: £977.33 per month (bills additional)
