Room available to sublet (option to extend lease) in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flag in the lovely De Beauvoir (N1) from mid-August to mid-November. The room comes furnished with a full bed, mattress, dresser, closet, bedside table, and option to keep the desk and chair or not

The flat is in a great location to Rosemary Gardens, the canal, and De Beauvoir pubs. We have great natural light, floor to cieling windows, and a connected, very spatious kitchen and living room.

I have been here for almost 3 years, and i'm looking for someone to take over my rent with my lovely flatmate until she leaves mid-October. From then, there is option to take over the lease with another flatmate, or not! We're looking for a young, female professional/student (wfh or office is fine), my flatmate works from home about half of the week!
