Sadly, Pierre and Jasmine are moving out after almost 4 years, which means we have a room available in our house in De Beauvoir.

The basics

We're open to either a single person or a couple.

Rent (excluding bills - roughly £150-200pcm)
Single: £1,095/month
Couple: £1,556/month

The room

Large ground-floor room
South facing
Big windows overlooking the square on one side and the garden on the other
Comes unfurnished with the option to buy a few discounted items like the wardrobe - no bed!! but we can help you get one on Olio!

Other bits

Move-in date: 8 September
Deposit: £1125
£250 contribution towards shared house furniture. This is essentially passed on when you move in, and you can charge it to whoever takes your room if/when you eventually move out.

The house

The house is huge and we are really lucky to have such a nice space + perfect location.

It's split across 4 floors and has: 

Large ground-floor living room
Big kitchen
Basement area we mostly use as a chill out space to watch movies, game etc.
2 bathrooms + 4 (!!!) toilets
Nice garden with tables and benches that's perfect in the summer

The vibe

A lot of us have lived here together for a long time. We've had a few changes recently, and we're super sad to see Pierre and Jasmine go, but alas new chapters etc.

We're looking for someone (or a couple) who likes the idea of joining a household and contributing to the dynamic of the house. We don't have mandatory family dinners or anything like that, but we enjoy spending time together when we're at home, cooking, playing mario kart, yearly xmas dinners and summer bbqs.

''We all have our own separate lives'' but we'd really like to maintain the same homey vibe we have at the moment and it probably isn't the right fit if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep.

About us

We're all between 28 and 32 and most of us work full-time 9-5s (although a couple of people are in career transitions at the moment). Between us we work in research, tech, neuroscience and a few other fields. We speak a mixture of English, French and Italian, and we've all been living and working in London for a while now.
