Warm, quiet, bright and sunny canal-side apartment in a new-build, with a balcony. The en-suite room comes with a built-in wardrobe, and current furniture can stay if useful to you - happy to discuss. The living room is fully furnished (furniture belongs to the remaining tenant). Modern kitchen appliances, a well-functioning shower, high EPC rating and double glazing throughout - so the flat stays comfortable and efficient year-round. Last but not least, we have a great landlord who is very responsive and supportive.

The situation:
My flatmate and I have been living here together for over 18 months, and she's sadly moving on to a new location. We're looking for someone who'll make this flat feel like home - ideally a professional who works from home occasionally (not daily), enjoys peace and quiet, and keeps fairly standard working and sleeping hours. This is a home for unwinding and resting after busy weeks, not for late nights.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and I'm open to arranging a cleaner together to share the load.

The location:
Right in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, on the canal, with Haggerston and Dalston's best spots just a short walk away.

A bit about me:
I'm Diana - I work as a Senior Product Manager for a bank, I'm a trained yoga teacher, and I love London's arts and music scene. Outside the city, you'll usually find me hiking or exploring somewhere new in the UK or abroad.

The details:
Move-in: flexible, but first half of August
Bills: ~£200pp/month (roughly £100 council tax, £15 wifi, £20 water, £40 electricity, £25 heating - varies seasonally)
