Room is basement with private front door access.
Comes with bed and mattress but no other furniture, however current flatmate (me) may be selling an open wardrobe.
No bills included.
Large back garden with fruit trees and a gardener who cuts the grass. (No extra cost)
Landlord is also great at replacing or fixing anything.

Housemates are currently very chilled and lovely women, everyone has their own friends and lives but we will occasionally come together for a wine night. Looking for someone of similar vibes.
