Hi potential new housemates

We are Becca, Olivia and Nic. We live in a lovely 4 bed house in the middle of De Beauvoir, Hackney. We work across research, localisation and sales.

We're a friendly bunch all have our own lives going on and have lived in London for a while but are also friendly and social and do the odd housemate things together such as trips to the pub, house dinner and the occasional house party!

House interests include hiking, baking, cooking, travel, pub, cycling etc

We're respectful, clean, open and considerate. We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks and keeps the common spaces and bathrooms clean which is approx £17pp every fortnight

The room:

The pictures probably don't do it justice, it is huge and practically takes up an entire floor. Previous tenants have had a sofa/TV section and it was like a studio within a bigger house. The room comes with a bed frame and mattress and 4 built in wardrobes so has loooads of storage. The room also has an en-suite with a bath.

House:

- The house is one of four in a little gated complex hidden away from the street
- We have one allocated parking space in the gated private car park
- Excludes Bills which come to broadly £160 per month and you'd be responsible for 1 of them e. g. Gas+elec (everyone just adds to Splitwise)

Benyon estate is the letting agent and they are pretty responsive and bring gardeners round periodically/touch up paintwork etc and we have a good relationship with them.

Amenities:
- Area is just lovely, there is local parks, pubs and sports centres as well as gyms and shops.
- We're a 5-10 min walk from Haggeston Station, Angel station is around a 20min walk
- There are plenty of bus routes into the City/West end etc
- We have lime bike parking outside and we mostly have bikes which there is space for
