Double Room Available in De Beauvoir Town

Come move into our lovely three bed, two storey Haggerston flat!!
We’re perfectly located right off Kingsland Road, just a few mins walk from Haggerston station and right on the edges of de Beauvoir and Dalston. Some of the best bars, restaurants and music venues in London are right on our doorstep, with the canal just a couple of minutes walk away.
Our kitchen / front room space is big and full of loads of natural light and art that we’ve been collecting over the past few years. It leads onto a balcony which we’ve filled with lots of plants and little trees. It’s the perfect space for cooking and hosting friends for dinner or drinks.
The room itself is a good sized double and comes with a few bits of furniture — a bed frame, a quite stunning old wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
As for us: I’m Diego a 30 yo Artist and Photographer currently working in Acne Studios, Alice is also 30, working in a record label. As you can imagine we’re both really into art, music, reading, gardening and making the most of our awesome location in East London, and are also social people who are always out and about and regularly have people round to the flat. This has been our home for over five years now, so we’d love someone to move in who loves the space as much as we do.
Practical details: the rent is £992 / month (I know, we hate our landlord too), with bills coming to 50ish / month and council tax (70ish / month). The room is open from the 29th of August. We don’t have the fridge space for a couple and unfortunately no pets allowed. We’re also not looking for students. It’s up one flight of stairs with no lift in a building with one other flat (occupied by some v lovely girls).
Alice splits time working from the flat and co-working spaces, whilst myself I usually work out of the flat.
