3 bed canalside apartment in N1. Looking to share.

I have a 3 bed canalside apartment with balcony and patio for which I’m looking to share.
There are 2 double room available to rent, both doubles. One has an en-suite and bills are included.
Both rooms have a door onto the patio.
Minimum term 2 months.
I will only be around occasionally, so most of the time the two housemate taking the 2 double rooms, will have the apartment to itself.

The apartment is within a modem gated development 5 mins walk from Haggerstan station and over looks the Regents Canal and Kingsland Basin. The apartment is very quiet, private and secure.

Opposite the apartment there are canal boats, swans, mallards and lots of wildlife. There are many cafes, bars, restaurants right on your doorstep and very easy access into the city, west end, islington or over to hackney and Broadway market. Dalston & Shoreditch are a 10 minute walk in either direction.
