We have an unfurnished (open to selling some items) large double bedroom up for grabs in our spacious house in De Beauvoir Town from the 1st October (not a sublet or short term let)

We have a beautiful terrace house with big garden, single driveway, two full bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining space.

It’s a great location - 5-minute walk from Haggerston overground and 10-minute walk from Dalston Junction. London Fields/Broadway Market is a short walk along Regents Canal, and we’ve got great pubs/eateries in ALL directions.

The House Mates
You would be living with three professionals in their 30s, - Nicola (production), Nadia (Music ) and Laurie (Architecture).

We’re pretty normal, like things most people like - i. e. plants, food, pubs, Netflix and card games, don’t like things most people like i. e. bad smells, slow walkers, sticky countertops. We are pretty chilled and all help to make the house feel homely and to make the garden nice for summer!

The rent is £1083 PCM including bills (bills are subject to increase as and when providers increase rates)

The house is managed by the Benyon Estate, a local letting agent. They are reliable and always on hand to carry out any necessary repairs or works.
