Sunny Double Room in Beautiful De Beauvoir Home

I'm looking for someone lovely to sublet my room while I'm back in Australia for a family wedding from 18th September until 12th October. Ideally, I'd love to find someone who can stay for the entire duration.

The Room

The room is bright, sunny, and incredibly comfortable – a peaceful space to come home to after a busy day in London.

It includes:

A comfortable double bed
Plenty of wardrobe/storage space
A large window with lots of natural light
A tower fan for warmer days
Room to spread out and make yourself at home

You'll be sharing a spacious, modern bathroom with one other housemate.

The Flat

The flat is part of a beautifully renovated historic home in the heart of De Beauvoir, one of London's loveliest neighbourhoods. It's warm, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is hard to beat:

A short stroll to fantastic pubs, cafés, restaurants, and local shops
Moments from Whole Foods, Tesco Express, and Sainsbury's
Walking distance to Regent's Canal, London Fields, Dalston, and Islington
Around 15–20 minutes' walk to both Highbury & Islington and Haggerston stations
Great bus connections that make getting around London easy

The Housemates

You'll be living with two wonderful housemates:

Nat (27) from America and Georgia (33) from Australia. Both are friendly, respectful working professionals who work hybrid schedules.

The flat has a lovely balance of being sociable and friendly while also respecting everyone's space and downtime. It's a genuinely easy and comfortable home to live in.

We're hoping to find someone who is:

Warm, friendly, and considerate
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Looking for a peaceful place to call home during their stay
Ideally a working professional

This is a quiet household, so we're not looking for a party house vibe.
