We have a room for sublet in our lovely home in De Beauvoir, looking for a friendly new housemate to join us as soon as possible until November with possible extension to December whilst our housemate is spending some time at home ! Rent is £680 and bills are around £150 - £170 per month.

- 5 bathrooms - the large modern bathroom pictured would be yours to share with just one other, with an additional guest toilet on the ground floor
- Room pictured is on the top floor, hearing very little noise from the floors below. Comes furnished
- Very warm house - there is a radiator in the room but have never needed to use it. The room will come with a fan.
- Cleaner included in bills who does the main house clean every fortnight
- Very well connected spot - 5 min walk to Haggerston station and a bunch of main bus routes, 10 mins to Dalston Junction.
- Surrounded by a great selection of local pubs in all directions
- Right over the road from the lovely De Beauvoir Square which is great in summer. 5 mins walk to Haggerston Park, 15 to London Fields
