Room comes with a double bed with storage underneath, towels, tv, wifi and access to Netflix and Prime. Desk can be provided or you can fit your own desk - perfect for a student or professional. You’ll have access to a garden and a modern shared living room which is great for hosting.

Around the corner from De Beauvoir Arms. Under 5 mins’ walk to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and multiple buses on Essex rd or Southgate rd. 9 min walk to Essex Rd stn (NR). 15 min walk to Canonbury overground or Dalston Junction underground. It’s a very convenient and quaint place to live.

Looking for a replacement to move in between 28 September to 28 October with some flexibility as I am moving out with a friend. Please tell us a little about yourself and when your preferred move in date is!
