Hi there! We have a bright double room available in our canalside flat in De Beauvoir Town.

- Bright, south-facing window overlooking the canal

- Tesco in the same building, plus local shops and cafés just a stone's throw away
- Buses 76 & 141 right outside, and Haggerston Overground a 10-minute walk
- Locked bike storage & adjacent complex has a small gym & communal terrace.

Rent:
-£1,200 pcm, excluding bills
- Bills (water, electricity, internet & council tax) roughly £120–140 pcm

You'll be sharing with us, Brian & Kieran - an Aussie/Irish couple who've called London home for several years. Brian, 35, is originally from Sydney and works as a physiotherapist for the NHS. Kieran, 43, is from Northern Ireland and works as an architect.

We're looking for a clean, tidy subtenant to join our relaxed household. We like having our own space to unwind, but also enjoy sharing it with easygoing, like-minded people.

We're both busy professionals who like to unwind by cooking, watching a good film, and exploring new food corners of London & travelling abroad. We're friendly, respectful, and easy to live with, and we care about coming home to a calm, positive space.
