Lovely double room available in De Beauvoir🏡

Hi! Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely room in De Beauvoir😭

The room is super spacious and bright with a beautiful fireplace, built-in cupboard and two large windows. It comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

The house is a Victorian townhouse in De Beauvoir. We have a lot of space with a massive modern kitchen and separate laundry room. There’s a dishwasher and separate washing machine and dryer. The sitting room looks out into the garden - we recently got a tv and changed the layout slightly compared to the pictures! There’s also a garden AND a roof terrace, which is a major sun trap and amazing in the summer.

There’s three bathrooms in the house so you’ll share a bathroom with just one girl.

The area is amazing with the De Beauvoir Arms, deli and whole foods just five min away! Dalston, Angel and Newington Green are all within walking distance and it’s super easy to get around with trains/buses. The nearest stations are Canonbury, Highbury & Islington and Haggerston, plus Angel is also a twenty min walk away.

You’ll be living with Caoimhe, Connor, Abbie, Felix and Helena who are all mid-to-late twenties. It’s a sociable and friendly household and everyone likes to get together for the occasional drinks, tv show, dinner, bbq in the garden etc!

Rent is £1185 per month and the room is available from 2nd November.
Bills are roughly £150 per month but can be less in the summer months. This also includes a fortnightly cleaner.
