Lovely studio flat in De Beauvoir Town available to rent from early December. A sanctuary in between Islington and Dalston. The kitchen area has a fridge, freezer and oven. Gas central heating, electricity, water and council tax are all included in the rent. On a pretty tree-lined street. The studio room is at the top of the house at the back so it's very quiet.
There is a shared garden too.

I have been sharing broadband with housemates in the building for £38 every 3 months, so potentially this would be an option for you too. There is a washing machine/ drier in the basement for communal use for £1-2 per wash.
The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. It has a bath and a sky light, so it's very nice on sunny days. It is a lovely home and I am only leaving because I'm moving out of London.
The room is unfurnished, apart from the desk and chair in the photos. The photos are a mix of current and during winter with different furnishings.

The landlord and landlady are very helpful.
