Looking for a charming home over the festive season? I’m subletting my lovely room in the heart of De Beauvoir Town while I’m away from December 6th to January 20th.

It is the absolute perfect place to spend the Christmas period, super cozy, and complete with two gorgeous cats! 🐱🐱

Rent: £1,600 all-inclusive for the entire 46-night stay (includes all bills, cleaner & Wi-Fi).

Deposit: £550 of Deposit required to secure the room.

The Household:
You’ll be sharing with my three housemates! They are warm, clean, and friendly working professionals, I can't praise them well enought, they are amazing! A lovely gay couple and a the sweatest proud mum of our two resident cats!). It’s a peaceful, sociable home where everyone respects each other’s space.

Your Room:
Very spacious double room with tons of natural light. There will be wardrobe and cupboard space completely cleared out and ready for your use, so you can settle in comfortably.

Communal Spaces:
A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (featuring a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a dining area), a cozy living room space (picture to be uploaded from 5th of nov) and the most gorgeous private garden to enjoy crisp morning coffees.

Bathrooms:
2 separate shower/toilet rooms in the house, meaning you’ll only share a bathroom with one other person.

The Location and Neighbourhood:
De Beauvoir Town is one of London’s prettiest, greenest neighborhoods. Quiet and leafy, yet right on the doorstep of East London’s best spots.

Transport - 5 minute walk to Dalston Junction Overground & 7 minute walk to Haggerston station. Incredible bus routes right outside.

Food and Drinks - Seconds away from Kingsland Road’s incredible mix of quirky bars, independent cafes, and delicious restaurants.

Groceries and Shopping - Many grocery options nearby! You’re minutes from 2 Tesco locals, a large Sainsbury’s, M&S, Co-op, local organic greengrocers, and Turkish bakeries for fresh daily bread.
