Situated on the fourth floor, the apartment enjoys fantastic views and a balcony overlooking the city. Wooden floors, underfloor heating and modern appliances make this a comfortable home in a stunning London location.

The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet. Its generous size and layout give everyone space and privacy, with room to comfortably accommodate couples in all three bedrooms.

This was previously my own home, so choosing considerate tenants and looking after the property matters personally to me. The residents are professionals, and the flat suits people who value a comfortable, independent home and respect each other’s privacy.

A note on housemates and viewings: I’m happy to answer questions about the room, shared spaces and how the household runs. To respect residents’ privacy, I don’t share their personal details or arrange housemate interviews or introductory meetings. I carefully consider who moves in, but this is a room rental rather than a socially matched house share.
