Double room Sublet in De Beauvoir Town N1

I’m subletting my double room in De Beauvoir Town from 30th November to 5th January, and the dates are flexible.

The room

Double bed, furnished with wardrobe / desk / storage.
£1,215 per month, bills not included roughly £100/month.
Location
De Beauvoir is one of Hackney’s quieter, leafier corners, and Shoreditch, Hoxton and Dalston are all within easy reach.

Direct buses into central London from outside flat
Haggerston station (Overground) [10] min walk
Old Street (Northern line) about 15 min walk
Shoreditch Park nearby, and the Regent’s Canal is great for walks and runs
Lots of cafés, pubs and restaurants close by

Flatmates
The flatmates are friendly, considerate professionals. They’re sociable and happy to grab a drink or chat in the kitchen, and they also respect each other’s space and quiet time.

It would suit a tidy, respectful person who wants a comfortable base in a great part of London over the festive season.
