We are looking for a new tenant for a double room in a lovely house in De Beauvoir Town/Dalston. This spacious property is shared by four other tenants.

The room has views over the front garden in a conservation area. Currently the only furniture in the space is a double bed and a small wardrobe. We can be flexible with tenants who would like to bring in their own furniture. Alternatively, we could provide a small sofa and desk/bureau.

The house consists of five bedrooms that are arranged over three floors; two large rooms on the top floor, two on the ground floor, with a further one on the lower floor. There is a large shared kitchen and dinning area, as well as an open planned living space on the lower floor, and two bathrooms equipped with showers on the ground floor. All rooms make the most of natural light.

At the rear of the property there is a lovely garden with a York stone patio area - perfect for summer bbqs!

The property is about 6 minutes walk from Dalston Junction, and has heaps of buses. Highbury and Islington station is just a 15 minute walk away.

We’re looking for someone who is sociable but doesn’t want a party
