Hello!

I am advertising a double room with private bathroom in a large, well-maintained terraced house in De Beauvoir Town.

Area

De Beauvoir Town is centrally located and is within walking distance of Islington, Hackney and Shoreditch. It has good transport links to the City and to the rest of London. The area has a lovely neighbourhood feel with great pubs and restaurants nearby.

Room/facilities and atmosphere

A large furnished double room on the ground floor with bathroom (note the bathroom, which has a shower, is generally only used by the person in the room although as it's on the ground floor it does also double as a guest bathroom).

Communal space is shared and this includes a large open plan lower ground floor with kitchen, living/dining area and garden.

I've had a number of housemates before and the atmosphere has always been relaxed and friendly .

Duration

An initial period of 3 months but this can be extended by agreement.
