We are looking for two tidy and easy going people to take over the rooms as our flatmates David and Francesco are moving out. One room is available now and second room will be available from 17th June.
Our flat is on the upper floor of a building and made by 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom ( you will only share the bathroom with one person), storage space, kitchen, a cosy living room and a balcony.

The first room ( available now ) is on the ground floor of the flat, while the second room is on the first floor and will be available from the 17th June. They both come fully furnished with carpet, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.


Located in a quiet area only 6 minutes walk from Denmark Hill Station and 10 minutes from Camberwell Green, this place is very well connected by train and buses. The area is full of pubs, restaurants and parks within easy walking distance and very close to Peckham, Kings College Hospital, Camberwell Arts School and Brixton.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 other professionals- myself (Lavinia) working in NHS and Lidia who is a project manager.
