Hi there,
I am a private landlord and have a beautiful HMO licensed house in Denmark, 7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 1 extra toilet and 2 kitchens (1 with living area and the other is with a dining area). A double room has become available - sharers or couple is welcome but a single renter is ok too if u r someone who loves your space. Rent for this room is £1200 a month inclusive of all bills (braodband, fuels, water charge and council tax). The room is on ground floor opposite a bathroom, toilet and the kitchen is just on the left so you are so close to all facilities. There is a front garden for off the street car parking and a back garden to enjoy with all your summer activities. The current tenants are really lovely, caring and clean and very sociable and respectful and are all professionals. The room comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, desk and chair and bedside and desk lamp. It is a cosy room and spacious and bright. Come to view.
I cannot accept pets so I am sorry. I dont mind if you smoke out of door only. I do need one month rent deposit and one month in advance to sign any renting agreement.
