Thanks for reading my advert. I am a private landlord and I have 1 large double room and 1 single room available from 1/7/2024 in my registered HMO house in Denmark Hill - opposite Fox on the Hill Wether Spoon and Ruskin Park and just minutes walk from Kings College Hospital and Denmark Hill station (zone 2) where you can easily get an overground train or rail into central London (Victoria and London Bridge, Clapham Junction, Hackney etc) within 20 minutesl. Rent for the double room per month is £1100 and for single room is £900 and this rent is inclusive of broadband, fuels, water charges and council tax. As I look after my own tenants, I will do my utmost to deal with all repairs and up keep of maintenance to ensure standard are met. As renter, I expect that you take your turn to contribute to the happiness living and cleanliness of your own room and of course sharing the duty with other tenants in shared facilities and communal areas. The room is bright and comes furnished with a double bed, sliding wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair, lamps and bedside table. The house has a big front with off the street free shared car parking. there are two kitchens (one with a dining area and one with a living area), three bathrooms and an extra toilet. The current tenants are all working professionals (ITs, media, Property management and of course local medical staffs). Public transport is plenty and easy access by overground train and buses to central London in less than 20 minutes. I need one month rent in advance and one month rent deposit to sign any renting agreement. We welcome a single renter but couple is welcome but I prefer a twelve months initial contract as the house is with settled tenants. Do contact me directly to arrange viewings.
