Spacious Double Room (Denmark Hill, Bills Incl.)

1-2 month sublet in a Furnished large room in a 5-bed/2bathroom/toilet house with an exceptionally sizeable garden in Denmark Hill.

It’s a 5min walk to the station, so very easy connections to Clapham/Victoria/Central London via Thameslink etc. it’s the biggest room in the house and my four housemates are the loveliest and bubbliest lot, so quite easy to get along with.

I pay roughly £950 incl. bills but very happy to negotiate. I am looking to cover a 4-6 week span between June and August. I have already covered the council tax up to the end of Aug so I am factoring all of this in the pricing.
