2 Lovely Double rooms in a Townhouse

Really nice 2 double rooms on the third floor of a three-storey 1960s townhouse in very quiet cul de sac, ten minutes walk to Denmark Hill station. Sharing with me, a Management Consultant, and my 6-year-old dog.

I've put 30 as a minimum age, but that's not set in stone, it's just to indicate you'd be sharing with a professional person. It would suit someone who works away from the house at least some of the time. The hope would be to have someone who wants to live here for a good amount of time, ideally a year-plus.

My current very lovely lodger/housemate is only leaving as he is moving in with his girlfriend.

The rooms are both on the third floor. They are carpeted a wood floor and are carpeted. Both rooms get lots of light. The toilet /Bath is an also on the third floor and serves both rooms. Rent includes all bills except a share of gas and electricity. There's good broadband.

The bedroom is partly furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, but if you have your own furniture the stuff in the room can be stored.

The house is lovely. It’s a very light and airy late 1960s place with a big living/dining room and kitchen on first floor, with a balcony looking down to the garden. There are three bedrooms/bathroom on top floor.

There's also a garage built into the house, for easy and secure bike storage, plus storing anything else. There is parking outside the house (I don't have a car).
