Greeting, I am an accredited private landlord and take care of my own tenants. We have 1 double room in a registered House of Multiple Occupation. The room is available from 10/5/2026 with rent of £1200 a month and this rent is inclusive of bills of council tax, fuels, water and broadband. The room is furnished with a double bed, a sliding wardrobe desk and office, work light and bedside table and lamp. You are sharing three bathrooms, two kitchens (1 with a dining area and one with a living area) and a back garden and a front garden for all off the street car parking. The kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of kitchen storages, many fridge freezers, 2 washers, dryer, gas hobs, oven, kettle n toaster n microwaves. Zoone 2 Denmark Hill station is minutes walk away and train to central London (Victoria and London Bridge). Close to all local amenities and gyms and parks, Walworth market is a short bus ride away.
