We have a lovely double room available in our relaxed, friendly house in Dulwich from 5 July.

The house is well connected, just a 15-minute walk from both Denmark Hill and Herne Hill stations, with great bus links nearby taking you into Brixton and Central London.

Inside, there’s a spacious shared living, working and dining area, a sunny garden, and the added bonus of a downstairs toilet, which definitely makes a difference in a shared house. It’s a bright, homely space and stays comfortable year-round, not too cold in winter or too warm in summer. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a month, which helps keep things ticking over nicely.

You’ll be living with James 1, James 2, and Louis, a friendly, easygoing household of working professionals. It’s a calm, sociable home rather than a party house, but we do enjoy a chat in the kitchen or catching up in the evenings.

The local area has everything you need. There is a great corner shop just across the road, a large Sainsbury’s within a 10 to 15 minute walk, and plenty of cafés nearby. You’re also close to green space, with Dulwich Park and Brockwell Park both around 15 minutes away.
