Hi, I am an accredited private landlord. The house is a registered HMO in Denmark Hill . A single room is available for rent from 13/7/2026 with rent of £900 a month n this rent is inclusive of council tax, fuels, water charges and broadband. The house has two kitchens - 1 with a dining area and 1 with a living area. Well equipped with plenty of storages, fridge freezers, gas hobs, oven, microwave, kettle n toasters, washing machine n dryers. There are three bathrooms and an extra toilet too and a back garden with the front garden for off the street car parking free. We are across kings college hospital hence medical staff should check us out. Suitable for single renter only.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, desk n chair and bed light n work lamp. Zone 2 we are just minutes walk from Denmark Hill station. Shops n gym etc are a bus stop away or on foot.
