My flatmates & I are looking for someone to replace me and move into our flat in Denmark Hill - move in date September 1st!

The Flat 🏡
3 bedroom flat in Denmark Hill - a super cute area only a short walk away from Camberwell, Herne Hill, Brixton and East Dulwich. Little further but still very easy to get to Peckham too meaning we have loads of cute spots and busier more fun places a stones throw away.

The flat itself is on a quiet street and is across the road from Ruskin Park. We have a big Sainsbury’s nearby, lots of little shops, some great pubs and a good selection of gyms and yoga studios.

Transport 🚎
Trains:
- Denmark Hill train station & Windrush overground (10 mins)
- Herne Hill train station & thameslink (10 mins)
- North Dulwich train station (10 mins)
- East Dulwich train station (10-15 mins)
- Loughborough junction station (10-15 mins)
Tube:
- 20 mins walk (or short bus) to Brixton
Buses:
We have loads of buses on our doorstep which is suuuper handy!

Costs 💰
- £850 pcm rent (with bills £950ish)
- £962 deposit
- The room is part furnished, so bed, mattress and wardrobe are covered but you may want to buy some bits

About us ☺️
You would be living with Anna and Lauryn! They are both 25 from Glasgow and longtime friends from home. They like hot girl walks, trips to the pub, shitty reality tv, music events and reading in the park.

They would love to be good friends with the next flatmate so are looking for someone who is a similar age and looking to socialise and make friends - but is also responsible, clean and tidy so home can stay peaceful, happy & fun.
