Green South London Room - sublet, maybe leasehold

The room is available for a minimum of 1 month, likely longer. I'm away for the summer and will give two weeks' notice about possible extension of the sublet, with an option to take over the lease if I don't return. Our friendly landlord is aware if the arrangement.
Viewings this coming week - will aim to fill it before the weekend.

You'd be living with three lovely, down to earth women: Chaitra (doctor), Romina (paralegal) and Valeria (graphic designer). The building is located in Denmark Hill Estate, a peaceful residential court for families, 30 minutes from central london by bike or train, 45 mins by bus. Close by are the wonderful Ruskin, Dulwich and Brockwell parks (for nature lovers and runners), the wonderdully diverse Brixton, popping Peckham and colourful Camberwell. The area is safe.

Your room faces east and west - it gets magical morning and evening light - and is very quiet. I will clear space for your stuff in the wardrobe and on the bookshelf. Looking for someone socially mature, not shy of doing their bit of cleaning (we have a rota), ideally who would enjoy my 'library' and/or the piano. I can lend you sheets and towels as needed.
