I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room starting this October.
The room is really spacious and features a double bed, a desk with a chair, a built-in wardrobe and 2 extra wardrobes, leaving plenty of space for storage.
The flat is on the third floor and has a shared kitchen, living room and terrace.
The current flatmates are all males and working professionals, they are all very welcoming and love to socialize, chat and occasionally cook together meals from different parts of the world.
The flat is just 15 minutes walk from King’s College Hospital, 10 minutes walk from Sainsbury and 4 minutes walk from the nearest bus station.
The move-in date is flexible from the 3rd to the 11th of October.
The room is 1000£ a month + 35£ weekly professional cleaning.
