You essentially get a whole flat to yourself as I will be renting near my new hospital ( I am a dr). I will be home a few weekends a month when I get the chance.

Room: Good size double bedroom for rent. Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf and cupboard.

Flat: Located within a desirable residential development situated just off Grove Park. The property is situated close to the popular Bellenden Road with all the shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
-The flat benefits from a large spacious living room which gets natural light from the bay window.

-It has a separate modern fitted kitchen and 6 person black glass dining table perfect for dinner parties.
-The entrance is a wooden floored reception which opens in to the 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom and living area.

The general colour theme for the flat is black is red, my favorite colours!

Transport: There is free ample private parking. Transport links include East Dulwich, Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations again all within easy walking distance and all offering a fantastic commuter service. (9 mins to London Bridge and 15 mins to Victoria) Trust me, I used to commute to Eastbourne!) The city and westend are 20 minutes away by direct bus.

Your flatmate: I am a young professional working at Canterbury Hospital. I will be home only on weekends so you will have the flat to yourself. I am looking for a young professional who is easy going and also enjoys a nice clean and tidy flat and will look after my home as their own - my only request.
