You would be living with 2 others in a 3-bedroom ground floor flat, sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We have an outdoor patio looking out over a communal green space.

I'm a live-in landlord who's been renting to long-term lodgers for over 10 years. I'm working, studying and volunteering so I'm out a lot of the time. The other flatmate is a professional who often works from home.

- 10 min walk to Denmark Hill station
- Nearby bus stops for (40, 42, 185, 176, 68...)

Champion Hill Estate is very peaceful, set back from the road, surrounded by trees, green spaces, no traffic noise at all. Neighbours are really quiet.

Also in the area:

- Beautiful green spaces including woodland conservation area right on our doorstep. Green Dale and Ruskin Park are very close. Dulwich Park, Burgess Park and Peckham Rye are not far away.
- A BIG Sainsbury's (not a 'Local') literally 2 mins walk away. Very convenient!
- Camberwell, Peckham and East Dulwich shops, pubs, restaurants all within walking distance.
