Lovely double room in Deptford

I am looking for a new housemate to join my lovely flat in Deptford.
The room is a double with private bathroom.

Room:
The room is a spacious double with private bathroom, rent is £1050 per calendar month. Deposit is 1 month's rental (£1050). The contract is for a minimum of 6 months with a 1 month notice period.
The room is fully furnished with storage and has a door that goes out onto a balcony. There is a private bathroom across the hall.

Living space :
Open plan living room and kitchen with an eating area. The flat has a large balcony and we have access to a rooftop. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Utilities/bills:
Bills (inc. council tax) on average are £150 pcm.

Location:
The flat is in a modern block of flats on Octavius Street and overlooks Depford Market Yard. The building has a concierge on weekdays.
Deptford is a lovely area with lots of bars and cafés, a local market three times a week and Greenwich Park is not too far away.

Public transport:
Deptford train station is just a 2 minute walk away which takes you to London Bridge in 7 min.
Deptford Bridge DLR station is a 10 min walk.
New Cross station with access to Overground and train is an 8 minute walk.

I am a civil servant who enjoys meeting friends, going out for food/drinks, going to the gym and hanging out in the lounge. I'm looking for someone that is easy going, sociable and tidy.
