Large Double Room in St. Johns

Hello!!

We are looking for a new person to join our amazing house. We particularly welcome LGBTQIA and people of colour.

Given the current lockdown situation, we are looking for someone nice that is happy to share spaces and time together while also respecting each others time and boundaries. No tories, racists, homophobes and so on :)

The room is available from the 10th of February until the end of May with a possibility to extend.

The bills are 115 pm for one person or 86.25 each pm for a couple.

The Room:
The room is a double large bedroom with loads of storage and lots of light. Perfect for a couple or one person that wants to have some space.

The House:
The house is great! The ground floor has the living room, kitchen and toilet with the shower and the upper floor has the three bedrooms and the 2nd toilet with no shower. Warm during the winter and filled with anything you might need as far as appliances and tools to cook. There is a bike shed in the front of the house (if you need it) and an amazing garden in the back which has been a true blessing during lockdown.

The housemates:
You will be sharing with Sam and Ximena. We have been living together for a year. We are both very clean, friendly, sometimes loud (Latin and Mediterranean blood) and open-minded
