Hi,

We have a huge room available for one person (NO COUPLES) from27th of November! Great location! The rent 600pm plus bills. (around £100pm)

The room is spacious and bright. Has a lot of built-in storage, fully furnished and with a smart TV. Black out curtains and double glazed windows facing directly Deptford park.
It’s a big house with 4 bedrooms, with a great living room, and lovely kitchen. The kitchen is absolutely massive with plenty of storage space, 2 large fridge/freezers and cooking surface for everyone. The door then leads into the garden, where we BBQ in the summer.
The house is bright, spacious and well taken care off, with a wooden floors.
The bathroom and toilet are shared only with 2 other people.

Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Also a large Tesco and Lidl within close walking distance.
There is out door open gym in the park opposite the house.
Beautiful Southwark park is also near by and great for weekend walk.

Within the bills is included a cleaner that comes in every 2 weeks.
There’s also a huge TV with Netflix/Amazon in the living room for everyone to enjoy it.

You will be sharing the house with a couple - professionals (Greg & Olga) - who are looking after the house. And their lovely Jack Russell named Brutus. Also 2 girls (students-dancers) Grace and Weronika.
We are sociable, enjoy cooking and having a glass of wine together.

We are looking for professional, clean, easy going, sociable, respectful flatmate who love dogs, who are looking for a home not just the room. Preferably male to keep the balance in the house but we are open.
