Our flatmate is moving out so we have a lovely double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat in Deptford.

Available from the 19th (potentially sooner if needs be).

The flat is in an amazing location, 10 mins walk from both Deptford and New Cross station. Deptford is a really vibrant area with lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The building has a working space, cafe, cinema room and rooftop with views across London. We also have two very kind and helpful concierges for the building. There's a bike storage room for the building and a parcel room which is super handy for when no one is in. We also have a private balcony that runs the entire length of the apartment with amazing views and access from each room.

You'd be moving in with two friends who like to watch TV together in the evenings, cook, go out with friends and have people over. We also like to keep the flat neat and tidy and it's important to us that whoever is moving in is also clean.

Bills end up being somewhere around £80-100 a month for wifi, electricity, water, council tax.
