Studio with double bed at McMillan Student Village

I'm looking to find a replacement (student only!) for my lovely flat at McMillan Student Village near Greenwich (Zone 2). It's a studio with a small bathroom and kitchen (fridge, microwave-oven, stove...) and a small double bed. It's in a nice neighbourhood and is well deserved by public transport (a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation and train+Thameslink and DLR about ten minutes away). There's a small Sainsbury's in the same building as the flat and a Tesco opposite. There's a big Waitrose about 5 minutes away as well as an Asda. It's 10 minutes walk away from Greenwich university and less than 45 minutes to central universities like King's College London or UCL. It's a very good flat with a good management team who can replace stuff in the flat in a few days if things stop working. I wanted to keep it for this year but because of family problems I will not be returning to London. It's really a hidden gem!
