-About the house:
Situated in Deptford- 10min walk from Greenwich village- less than 10min walk from the train station (Deptford) or 7min walk to DLR (Deptford Bridge)
Two double rooms furnished- rent 800/month+ bills around 70 (excluding council tax).
Asda 8min walk or Aldi-Sainsbury-Tesco 12min
The Gym 10min walk
Living room, kitchen with washing machine, one bathroom to share between us four and one toilet.

-About us:
Three French girls (23-25) finishing our masters at Westminster Uni and LSE and working. We moved into this flat in September.

-Who you are:
Girl or boy 21-26 years old, young professional (just be aware as students we don’t pay council tax but you’ll have to) or masters student. We want to find someone who wants to be friends, watch TV shows, and hang out in general! We all like a night out, going for drinks, walks on Sundays and discovering new places to eat.
We don’t mind someone who WFH 2-3 days a week, but as the flat has really thin walls, we’d rather have someone who works mostly out of the house.
